Which should you buy?
These are the two cheapest brand-name mono lasers on Amazon UK and they answer completely different questions. The HL-L2400DW is a conventional printer: you buy it, you buy toner when it runs out (genuine or £15 compatibles), it prints 30 pages a minute with automatic duplex and a 250-sheet tray. The M110we is an HP+ printer: it's £75 because HP expects you to pay monthly for Instant Toner, it's slower (20 ppm), has no duplex, a 150-sheet tray, and it must stay connected to the internet to work.
If you print under about 50 pages a month and like the idea of toner turning up automatically, the M110we with the free six-month trial is a defensible buy. For everyone else the Brother is faster, cheaper to run, works offline, and doesn't lock you out of third-party toner.
